Jason didn’t just start a painting company; he built a family legacy rooted in craftsmanship and community values. With over 40 years in the paint industry and more than 20 years leading We Paint & Renovate, Jason has established the best painting company in San Joaquin County through unwavering dedication to quality.
His philosophy is simple: quality and preparation are never taken lightly, and shortcuts are never an option. Jason incorporates his passion for life and family into every project, and that dedication shows in every team member he mentors. His son Andrew recently joined the business after graduating from Cal State East Bay with a degree in Construction Management, continuing the family tradition of integrity and hard work. Jason’s cousin Rob serves as Operations Manager and Estimator, leading projects with precision and care.
Beyond work, Jason and his wife, Michelle, volunteer and manage the TOPS Soccer program for children with special needs. He coaches youth sports, supports local non-profits, and actively serves at his church. Jason’s high standards carry over to his employees, who he considers extended family, including two original team members who’ve been with We Paint & Renovate since the very beginning.
